Assessment
We discuss your main health and wellness concerns, whether they be chronic injury, pain or illness. Also we walk you through a detailed medical history, current lifestyle habits and daily activities.
We also do an assessment of your body movement, posture and muscle strength. This helps us develop ideas for a personalized treatment, so we can begin on a path to change.
MANUAL THERAPY
We utilize Fascial Release (or Soft Tissue Release) Technique, muscle stretching and joint mobilization as tools to improve your muscle function and the range of motion of your joints. We also use suction cupping and therapeutic modalities where appropriate.
By working with your muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia in unison, we help reduce your pain and increase your level of comfort.
EXERCISE & MOVEMENT THERAPY
At Charmed Wellness, we use corrective exercises combined with proper movement to effectively treat, manage and improve your aches, pains and illness.
By improving muscle strength, flexibility, posture, balance and mobility, we condition your body to work at its best level so you can enjoy freedom of movement and a better quality of life.

Assessment
Your medical history and an assessment of your body's motion and strength help us determine the best course of action and the most efficient way to get you moving more freely.
Therapy Sessions
We use manual therapy, exercises and movement therapy to work towards your personal health and wellness goals in 60-minute sessions at your home, or at our fully-equipped gym.
Homework
After each session, we give you a series of simple exercises, posture guidelines and stretches that you can do daily to keep yourself limber and moving forward towards your goals.
