Chronic Pain Relief

Chronic pain and injuries are physical conditions that occur over a long period of time. They reoccur constantly and are a result of repetitive trauma to the injured body part. They are also referred to as overuse injuries and repetitive strain injuries.

Initially many people will experience symptoms that are mild aches and pains and for that reason, often times the signs are ignored or overlooked for months and even years. The repetitive trauma continues and over time can result in chronic injury.

How does it work?

Free Consultation

We start off with a conversation, and understanding when and where you experience discomfort or limitations. From there we talk about your goals and how our services can help you attain them.

Assessment

Your medical history and an assessment of your body's motion and strength help us determine the best course of action and the most efficient way to get you moving more freely.

Therapy Sessions

We use manual therapy, exercises and movement therapy to work towards your personal health and wellness goals in 60-minute sessions at your home, or at our fully-equipped gym.

Homework

After each session, we give you a series of simple exercises, posture guidelines and stretches that you can do daily to keep yourself limber and moving forward towards your goals.
