How does it work?
Free Consultation
Assessment
Your medical history and an assessment of your body's motion and strength help us determine the best course of action and the most efficient way to get you moving more freely.
Therapy Sessions
We use manual therapy, exercises and movement therapy to work towards your personal health and wellness goals in 60-minute sessions at your home, or at our fully-equipped gym.
Homework
After each session, we give you a series of simple exercises, posture guidelines and stretches that you can do daily to keep yourself limber and moving forward towards your goals.
